About this Project

NexaRetail was losing $180K/month to cart abandonment caused by a slow, legacy Magento stack. We rebuilt their store as a headless architecture: Next.js storefront pulling from a Laravel API, with Redis caching, CDN-delivered assets, and an AI recommendation engine that personalises product listings per session.

How We Approached It

NexaStore is a composable headless commerce platform built on Next.js 14 with a custom GraphQL storefront API. The frontend achieves Core Web Vitals scores in the top 5% of retail sites, powering AI-driven personalisation (product recommendations, dynamic bundles, and hyper-segmented email flows). A headless CMS gives marketers full control over content and campaigns without developer involvement. Same-day fulfilment is driven by a real-time inventory orchestration engine connected to 3 warehouse systems.
